This is me, earlier today. I thought it was about time I put up a photo of myself that was newer than 30 years old. It's a self portrait, taken by sticking the camera out in front of me and snapping. Altered a little with my friend Photoshop.

This is not a fantastic photo, nor is it a particularly exciting subject, but I like it. These are in the flower beds in the grounds of St. Ludmila's church in Namesti Miru, in Vinohrady. It was a very hot, bright day, as it has been almost every day for a month. I like the bright, bold colours. Very yellowy, very orangey.

It was a hot, dull, and somewhat lonely evening. Luckily I had my friend Mr Camera with me, and was able to take photos of myself as well as the shadows parts of me created. I particularly liked this effect which gives me a whole set of extra legs. In fact 3 extra legs if I I'm seeing it right.

Summertime

It's been hot. It's not so hot today but I expect the temperature will soar again later in the week, after a bit of rain. This photo is of Vaclavske Namesti/Wenceslas Square.I took the opportunity to walk there and take photos the other day while my computer was being operated on.


I thought it was a nice scene with the Museum at the top of the square and the flower beds, but I wasn't sure how it would turn out, I just turned the camera in the general direction and snapped, I couldn't actually see anything in the viewfinder, it was too bright. I think it looks ok, but would look better if the lighting was more favorable.

This is me. About 30 years ago, before I got my new shoes. I think this may have been at a koala park, a reserve for native animals. I remember why I was running around with no shoes or why I was squelching around in the mud but I'm thinking it must have been fun.
