Let's get some work done!
This man is doing some work. Right in front of the drinks store.. just across from where I live. Not sure what he's doing exactly, I don't mean standing in a hole breaking up stuff, because that's pretty evident, but I'm not sure if he's fixing the pipes or putting in.. something that you would put in there. It's a pretty busy street so you can see a few people in the background, getting on with stuff that needs to be done.. on a work day. Work people work! And I'll wander around take photos.

My fountain
This is from about a week ago when I still had a camera.. (grrr).. and it snowed. It snowed and it snowed for about 2 days before melting all away, but it was very pretty while it lasted.
This here is my fountain, which is just around the corner from where I live, it's not founting at the moment, as it always gets turned off in the winter, but it's still quite lovely, especially covered in snow as it is here.

Some local cuisine
These here are "chlebicky".. or chlebičky to be exact. The word means something like "little bread" plural..
anyway, it's like typical snack food here. You get little pieces of bread, usually cut up pieces of baguette, and heap lots of ham, egg, fishy stuff, paprika, lots and lots of mayo and any combination of these and other things.
Quite yummy. My brother absolutely hates them. I'm reasonably fond of them myself.
