This is Clive. He's my friend. I've known him for about 2 years now.. ever since the fountain that he lives on was planted in the middle of a nearby square. I have lot of photos of him, even one when he wasn't there! He mysteriously disappeared from the fountain once, I still don't know why.
He seems to be enjoying the sun at the moment, he's resting while the fountain is still on it's "winter" break and not founting, even though it's as hot as summer. Hopefully soon he'll be spurting with full force, as I think he seems to like it.
